Sage has been known for centuries to be a stimulant,
a diuretic and an expectorant, it boosts memory and has
anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antimicrobial as well as
anxiolytic (reduces anxiety) properties. In addition it provides
antibacterial, antifungal and antiseptic effects.
To put it mildly, Sage provides many health benefits.
Steeping Instructions:
Hot tea: 1 tsp of tea for 8 oz of hot water Steep for 1 to 3 minutes.
Iced tea: 1 tsp of tea for 8 oz of cold water Steep for 30 minutes.
