Try either iced or hot.
Steeping Instructions:
Hot tea: 1 tsp of tea for 8 oz of hot water Steep for 2 to 5 minutes.
Iced tea: 1 tsp of tea for 8 oz of cold water Steep for 30 minutes.
Ingredients: Organic Yerba Mate, cinnamon, ginger root,
nutmeg, cloves, chicory root, cardamom, black peppercorn.
