Steeping Instructions:
Hot tea: 1 tsp of tea for 8 oz. of hot water Steep for 1 to 3 minutes.
Iced tea: 1 tsp of tea for 8 oz. of cold water Steep for 30 minutes.
Organic Ingredients: Ashwagandha, tulsi, amla, marigold calendula,
hibiscus and chrysanthemum flowers.
